In this hands‑on session, you will learn how agentic AI differs from traditional automation and how Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio make it easier than ever to build powerful, audit‑ready agents that fit naturally into your everyday workflow.
We will explore what goes into creating effective agents, including clean instruction design, guardrails that keep responses consistent, prompt libraries that scale across teams, and curated knowledge sources such as IA policies and frameworks like COBIT, COSO, IIA, and NIST. Along the way, you will see practical audit examples that you can start using immediately.
The session wraps up with a live build‑along demo using Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, where an agent references document repositories, answers audit questions, provides helpful context, and builds audit documentation in real time. You will leave with the skills and confidence to create your own Copilot agents that deliver efficiency, consistency, and impact in a fun and highly interactive format.
