Audit Analytics and AI Conference

you will learn about:

Using AI for Analytics for Based on the Tool of Your Choice

What will be covered in this session

In this session, multiple members of the Williams Energy internal audit team will walk through how they used AI tools to perform data analytics in real audit work. Rather than forcing everyone into a single platform, the team adopted a shared AI analytics framework and then applied it using the tools each person preferred or that best fit the problem. Attendees will see how the same framework translates across different technologies and skill sets while still producing consistent, audit-ready outcomes.

The presenters will share their screens and demonstrate key parts of their workflows, including how they framed the question, guided the AI, validated results, and turned outputs into usable audit insights. They’ll also discuss practical lessons learned, what worked well, and what they would do differently next time. Where possible, they will reference real results and outcomes while respecting confidentiality and sensitive information. The goal is to give you a repeatable approach you can bring back to your team, regardless of which analytics or AI tools you use.
