Currently, I am the Director of Internal Audit at adidas (CIA). I lead a team of experts – IT auditors, data analysts, and a data scientist. Together, we form the “Capabilities Hub,” or “CapHub” for short. I’ve been with adidas for four years now, and prior to that, I spent five years supporting adidas with external audit engagements as part of the KPMG team.

Our focus is on audit and advisory projects that aim to minimize risks and improve business processes. We achieve this through root cause analysis, benchmarking, the implementation of automated controls, and the visualization and use of risk indicators.

I have experience in IT auditing, data analytics, digital compliance, and implementing and ensuring the quality of SAP systems. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with various industries and clients, including companies listed on the DAX, SDAX, and MDAX.

I’m passionate about leveraging technology and data to enhance the quality, efficiency, and value of audits. At the same time, I’m committed to mentoring and supporting the next generation of auditors. I’m also deeply interested in emerging trends and opportunities in areas such as AI, real estate, stocks, and cryptocurrencies.
